Ticket dispatch for most events occurs between 7-10 days before the event date for security purposes.
Please Note: if you still haven’t received your tickets 3 days before the event please contact your point of purchase and have your booking reference number and full name and address on hand to speed up the process.

Im the same its with groupon. Im wondering if the groupon is our tickets . I have emailed groupon they said there contacting the person who sold us the tickets but could take 7 days im very disappointed really hopping they come
The lady on the chat fobbed me off to this platform. The groupon QR code just directs to the groupon merchant redeem page so it can't be that. I am really cross with this, as you can't speak to a human.

I have found someone competent at Groupon. The tickets should be at the box office.

They may be at the box office, but to make sure that you aren't missing out, I would get someone on the Groupon live chat to escalate your case, they contacted AEG on my behalf.
