In most cases, Dice tickets come from within the app and Dice do not provide a booking reference number. Once booked, you'll see the number of tickets purchased and no QR codes are visible. An hour before the show begins, the QR codes will appear so that they can be scanned. You should also be able to swipe between them if you have several tickets.

Hi I purchased tickets for four tops / temptations before lockdown and obviously all gigs was cancelled but I never got an email to say cancelled and when it was rescheduled, I have sent loads of emails to aeg but never get any reply ,can someone help please otherwise I've lost a lot of money
