Unfortunately, once a booking has been made we cannot exchange or cancel your ticket(s) unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or in the case of concerts (but not festivals) there is a material change (a ‘material change’ means a change of the headline act).
We understand that you will be disappointed when better tickets become available after your purchase so please make sure you are happy with the location of your seats before booking. This can sometimes happen because customers select tickets but then decide they don’t want them or they do not complete their booking in time and/or new seats are released due to production layout changes.
