We regret that we cannot exchange or, refund tickets unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing tickets through your ticket seller. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I can no longer attend the event. Please could I have a refund?

Michael buble was originally sold as 300 people at chewton glen this is not the case and as there is no seating around and due to the massive increase in numbers I am unable to go now I’m so disappointed that this was changed and would like a refund please
I attended the Michael Buble concert which was advertised as 300 people, when we eventually got through a sea of cars there were 25,000 people there. The concert it self was brilliant. At the end 25,000 had to leave through one exit, which was total chaos only to be kept I waiting in our cars for over two hours to get out due to the lack and I inexperienced Marshall’s dealing with a poorly organised event. Truely a shamble and left us with a bad experience never to be repeated again. AEG presents should refund people monies for babysitters, taxi fares etc. Worst company I’ve ever had the missed fortune to deal with. Michael Buble fan, made very upset and ANGRY
